Can someone redo City RP?

I hate RP's because theres too MANY OF THEM! It's like Roblox,It has nothing but OBBYS! Blockland will become like that,but with RPs.

If I knew the scripting language, we'd all have a new and refined City RP that actually is awesome. Too bad, I only know how to model. Does anyone know whet to start with that scripting and how to learn it?
