I wish they would make it a game. However the companies creating the game knows that national socialist Zombies is one of the key factors of why their game is so successful. So if they made it a game all on it's own people probably would buy CoD: WaW beat it and sell it instead of keeping it for national socialist Zombies. So yeah. Overall companies/people are greedy bastards usually.
