I dont see how when I pull off a impressive amount of kills helping my team. Also how would explain Demoman as a purely stay at base defender when he has an exceptional advantage over turtling engineers?

Stop. Kills do not matter. This is not Solo Fortress 3. Demoman - Defense, that's the nub of the matter. Any Demoknight that uses the Targe/Eyelander/Skullcutter is an embarrasment and should be shot.
Just like roostersman snipers.
I also love it when a Chargin' Tard misses, then runs away spamming grenades.
