Seriously, if you don't get the idea after one post, you don't need to be trying to do this sort of thing.

I do supply the working one (Non-Crap0ned) but its glitched on sounds.
It replaces gun shot and explode sounds with its sound data.
Also,
The DeathIonCannon was not made admin only and was 5x stronger than the normal admin one. So the noobs on the server could be launching a crapload of Ion projectiles without having admin. Thus the server dies.
