I saw when the manager of Bp was making his speech and they said Bp had two choices make a stronger pipe that would cost more money but safer or make a weak pipe means less money. And guess what the Bp choose for the crap pipe! Bp didnt think about the saftey of the people on that oilrig! Bp had records of nonsaftey oilrigs why did america let them drill in the gulf they new they had previouse disasters in the past!
