Join the game you can kill each other?

How do i make it so when you join the game you your able to kill each other?

You event the spawn OnPlayerTouch > Player > BeAbleToKill

Nah. It's an add-on. Default minigame , AKA Mandatory minigame 2.
Get it off of RTB. I'm not posting a link.
