what the forget do the cars mean?

i've gotten assraped by bikers and whoever comes from cars.

i've also died from CHAR

but yeah, so far I'm doing fine... I'm level 12 or something and I'm holed up in a room with 30+ days of food.

Jacob/Lee:
Gangsters, basically bikers except no armor, dressed like entrepreneur s with awesome purple clothes and wield melee weapons/pistols.

anyway, some zombie kicked my ass on day 17, somehow, I had hardened leather jacket and 21 HP or so, with 80 extra pistol rounds and there were at least 6 supply drops in my area that were in tact.

also a chopper dropped something, and it wasn't supplies, but I don't know what it was.

edit: why the forget can't I leave this district? what do I have to do before I can?
