My dedicated server keeps shutting off whenever I leave the server

Its called wireless, dumbass.
It was invented so we didn't have to plug our computers into the wall.

That's still LAN "dumbass". Learn what LAN is.
When you join your game, instead of pressing Query Internet, press Query LAN.

Yes you can. You cannot join your dedicated server through Query Internet, only through Query LAN.
