He means ephialtes because he's always annoyed with people posing fail topics on the forums, and when he came to Pandan's Challenge he was really tipped off that people were making a giant blob of Blockheads trying to get up the first part of the second level.

No, most people seldom use emotes as it is. I find them pointless.
