But that's only a 10% chance because then people will take up the rest of the possibilities for blockland mods, everyone will get bored of those, everyone will leave blockland because it's too old and Badspot will hang himself. --- End quote --- What. No. That'd never happen. Don't pretend to be Nostradamus again. |

Well I have heard Roblox can build vehicles out of bricks. I've also heard it is not possible on our engine. Reason #1 Complete. |

Buildable vehicles can be done in the current version of the engine although not very well. The RTB 1.x method should still work, and there's other ways of doing it, like making a bunch of blank chassis and then making all the different body options turrets. Sure you only get to pick between wheels and a body but that's a minor point. Changes could be made to the engine that make buildable vehicles better. Since these are engine changes they would need to be made by Badspot. But there is nothing the engine that outright stops modders from modding them or Badspot writing up an official system. On the other hand, switching to another engine will not get you any closer to this goal. You would still need to write out a system of buildable vehicles for these engines. Blockland doesn't know how to stick bricks onto wheels and neither does any other engine. |
