Redux doesn't have all the cool weps and crosshair twitch movement stuff.
Tactical is more realistic, I was planning on playing the mr. deathwish series on it too, and Coastline to Atmosphere to make it look like im fighting someone with a brain, not some one who misses every shot then reloads in front of you.
