If somebody is new, it doesn't mean to degrade him for so. Instead tell him kindly what he should not do/ask. Just because they're new doesn't mean they are a "noob"; you just insult them because you're a lazy jerkass and you don't want to help them |

I sometimes ban "noobs" for a small amount of time, as a way telling them to play the tutorial. I honestly think you should go into the tutorial as soon as you start the game, so tons of mute, default-avatar, default-name players who have no idea on how to play start joining servers and firing printers at people. |
