If you really want to know why. I will tell you why I want to kill them online and why I called them homo.... This is real, I got loveually assaulted by clown when I wa 8 years old and I have been afraid of them ever since. I want to kill them online because I can no really get a good shot on one in real life (yes I hvae tried) and I would be fun to set them on fire with a moltov "rooster"tail, if they enjoy grabbing kids roosters how bout they get somethin with rooster in it and... You are not 13, I've only seen younger kids about at the age of 10 who find it funny to find 'swear words' or some stupid stuff in a word.
None of this stupid stuff happened, you're lying. Stop trying to make stupid stuff up just so people will make some stuffty add-on for you. You're only making yourself look more stupid.

Why do you need an AI for it? Or even a custom model? Just use bot events. The only thing that you would really need would be a clown suit decal.
