Jacky, might i suggest you talk to Krystal about making you your clan logo? She made mine and it got turned into both a print and decal. And they both turned out much better than i expected.

I think he was actually linking you to a topic with a good page setup so you can get ideas on how to organize your clans original post.

Anyways, just try and experiment with paint.net.
You should go to their website and view the tutorials if you're stuck, otherwise most of it should come to you with time, and the basic stuff you can work out if you've ever used MSPaint.
It's also a good idea to see if you can fit the theme of your clan into your logo. Don't make it over the top, but still have it stand out.

If you've got the image on a website, like photobucket or imageshack (or whatever) then it should give youa link to use (photobucket has a group of links for things like Forums, blogs and webpages. Use the Forum one). Copy that link to your clanpage and surround he link by [IMG][/IMG] tags so it looks like [IMG]link[/IMG].
Make sure you use the preview button before you post to ensure that your post has come out correctly.
