I agree with on the "Badly-Formed Question" point though.
Things that a suggestion should have:
1. Descriptive Name [V]
2. Complete description of all desired features [X]
3. Pictures if possible and appropriate (Not appropriate here so [_])
4. Reasons why the blockland community as a whole would benefit from it's creation [X]
5. General understanding of the intricacies of addon-creation. It's not as simple as "Oh, this guy wants this... POOF Here you go." No, it takes weeks or months to make a decent addon. [X]
