This thread always pops up every few months. Jess was overwhelmingly the reason the don't care don't post rule was made. At one point most of her posts were just saying that no one cared about the topic, and she posted in a lot of topics. Kalphiter is the reason we can't edit or lock in Drama since he abused the privilege daily.
It's pretty damn pathetic when the actions of a single user force a new forum wide rule to be made.
