Pretty much, yeah.

PCI and PCI-E are plugs on motherboards for graphics cards and such. If your motherboard doesn't have PCI or PCI-E, but only AGP, you're going to have to get an older card.

This computer had to have been made after 2005, so I'm pretty sure I don't have AGP, but is PCI the same installation as PCI express?

A PCI-E card will work in a PCI slot, but won't perform as good as if it were in a PCI-E slot.

It would be best just to open your computer up and look at the slots. Possibly take a picture and post it here.

Okay, it looks like you have one PCI-E and one PCI. But one of them looks backwards. My PC has one that's backwards, too.

Does your PC happen to be made by HP?
