Hello and welcome to the Blockland Forums Community, you seem like one of the few reasonable new members to make a topic.
As you've seen, many of the people here are naturally hostile, or are acting that way to anger others and get a kick out of it (pretty much the definition of a troll.) Remember, reacting or arguing with these "trolls" is exactly what they want. If you don't feed them, they'll either shrivel up and die or move on to another person or topic.
