uh, I know a guy who drives a 1.3 Yaris with turbo and all, it's actually a pretty badass car.
Quite quick I believe too. 130HP I believe it has, which is quite a bit for such a small car.

My 2.0 liter Ford Contour has 120-odd horsepower, and it's incredibly slow unless I mash my foot down; I get overtaken by school buses.

I had a Focus ZX3 hatch with a 2.0 although mine wasn't horribly slow. But it was still slow enough for me to trade it in for a Mazda 6 Sport 5 speed which is what I currently drive.
