People need to understand that the "don't care don't post" rule depends on context
If you tell someone in a thread that you don't care, such as in response to the question "Can I use that picture?", you're fine
If you post you don't care in response to the thread itself, such as in response to the statement "My dog died!", you will almost certainly be banned

18. If over half the letter in a chat over the RTB IRC are uppercase, you will get kicked and warned.
19. Three warnings (in some span of time) and you get banned.
