Yes.
Sometimes you have to follow bridges to and from towers.
Just stop being a pusillanimous individual and explore some.

and yes they are all closable.
there is this one which has a kickass daedric mace and bow.
enchanted with special arrows as well that do 2x more damage than a normal daedric bow

I bought the Imperial waterfront shack... and flooded it with watermelond (Scroll Duplication trick)

Being the genius I am, I used the felldew needed for a shimmering isles quest to make a potion (which gave me a stuff ton of exp, btw).
However, now I can't find more felldew and I broke the shimmering isles questline :p

Get something worth money that you dont need and use the Scroll Duplication trick with it in a shop and ---- BAM! Money.
