It wasn't actually what you consider a road, it was on a path in Bruma up near the houses.

Also what and where is the most useless Daedric artifact I can get at level 8?

1. Get halfway through the game as a thief.
2. Wish you made a mage.
3. Be too lazy to run through the game again as a mage.
4. Whine about it.

IE: modpcs Acrobatics 100 will add 100 points to my acrobatics. The stats go up to 255, except for Strength, which only goes up to 254.
