Cool trick: Get a guards disposition up to the max, which isn't 100, then pull out your weapon and do it again. After getting it to the max with your weapon out, sheath your weapon his disposition will be 100. YAY!

Not really? 100 disposition on a guard doesn't do anything different than 97.
