I did not know this.

I've never really needed, considering I only used illusion/alteration spells (they don't usually cost a billion points like conjuration does) but yes, it happens.  If you pick alteration as a begining skill, the unlock very easy lock spell drops like 5 or 10 points when you hit master.

I first noticed it when i had memories of spending 200 mp for summoning a spider daedra, and then when I chekced how much MP it costs again, it was like 50

I was playing as my mage i currently am playing, but i was like level 6
I was dungeon crawling when all of a sudden i heard that crackle sound and my screen blurred.
Then i was buried under a pile of rocks

Frizzybman11 was here today, We killed umbra (I'm lvl 12, and had an elven longsword, and above equipment.) Took her sh*t, and raided the Imperial city.

I killed some dude randomly wielding Debaser and took it.

Umbra is apparently weak against cold/frost/ice/jlhsgfkuAISYGiu so we basically just spammed cold touch on her every 5 seconds following a potion. (Heh heh... Cold touch... guy character... Umbra's a girl... heh heh)

Afterwards I had a $10120 bounty and HAD to go to jail. I did not pass go, and did not collect $200.
