Life as a thief...

The thrill comes not from stealing, not the fear of the consequences of being caught, but the fear of turning around to the close up of a furious guard, screaming 'STOP' at what seems to be my max speaker volume.

It scares the ever-loving hell out of me every damn time. Not to mention wakes up my angry parents at 2:00 in the morning.

Makes it more fun to commit crimes, in a sense!

I once had to steal the countess's ring, and when i got into her room and took it, someone had been walking down the hall and was coming into her room.
at which point i paused the game and re-loaded my older save

I love that one because the guards that patrol make it really necessary to sneak well and use corner for hiding.

space a lockpicks?

AND?

Use the dupe glitch
You need 2 or more scrolls.
Equip a SINGLE scroll stack ONCE then highlight, but do not equip or
use
the lockpicks and DROP them. Close the screen.

They may be hard to see, but you can find them.

(You can also duplicate scrolls)

I know what the dup glitch is mate.

Also, I find it funny that you use the dup glitch, weren't you the one bitching about playing the game the way it was meant to be played.

Tip for mages who want a matching Robe of Apprentice hood, there is one in the Ruins across from the Tutorial Sewers exit.

I think Sabbin is just butthurt cause he either:
1.) Doesn't know how to install mods and/or broke his game trying, or
2.) Has Oblivion on a console.
