I've been wanting to make mods for the game but I don't feel like figuring out how to use the construction set. I would want to add a series of quests that when completed build a town and improve upon the town allowing it to become like a major city. My friend who does some impressions and stuff said he could do the voice acting for the npcs I add, he just wouldn't be able to do the female's voices.
