Just like eyes that blink or mouths that drool. Or even eyebrows that go up and down. Nuf said Badspot. Please make this in v.16 and you will become a goodspot :D

I wish some one would make a Decal & face maker instead? Put eyes and eye patches, Mouths and other things...
No need to DL decals & faces, only you need to load are resources for decals
