Either way any economical freighter shouldent need to enter the atmosphere as if we are big enough to need em we would have plenty of other cheeper ways to get cargo from freighter to planet

i think this looks pretty nice. it is true that the glass will break, but, i would suggest adding walls. with some details on them.

Yes, so we crash harder into the ground. Usually a spaceship entering an atmosphere is going to land, in which case, you want it slowing down. So, a non-streamlined spaceship is just as good as a streamlined one.
