Is GarrysMod messed up for anyone else?

Alright...I am stunned now, I deleted Gmod completely because of this problem before my first post...thats not why I'm stunned though, now I can't re-download it because when it "finishes" there is nothing in my file and I can't start it up, it just prepares to launch it forever.
