Most hated kind of game ending?

I don't know which exact Zelda game you're referring to, but this could totally apply to Twilight Princess.

No. It was nothing special. He jumped off from the boss level down to the castle, saved the princess and the first thing that pops up in Peach's mind is to make a cake for Mario. What the forget?
It's badass because it's a very unique ending but seriously. Mario risks his loving life for searching 120 stars, beating all kind of enemies and Bowser's ass just to get a damn cake. What the forget were they thinking?
