I just waited until you posted.
I realised that I never knew what a Tribalman's Shiv is.
I just assumed it was an upgraded Ubersaw.

Also a Tribalman's Shiv is a Kukri for the Sniper. It makes people bleed for 6 seconds and does -50% damage.
I crafted it because of the damage decrease.
