Steam account hijacked

No.
Valve is a hardass about it and states your account is your own responsibility and if it got hijacked, chances are it was your fault.

Well, maybe it is an error, but I cant log on
I havent received email of any steam account changes.
And My account hasnt been online since I logged off.
I'm probably stupid right now and forgetting my password.
