--- Quote from: Rookie on July 02, 2010, 12:34:05 PM ---Building one takes a stuff ton of bricks and generally always looks ugly. --- End quote --- but this is blockland, things are supposed to look blocky and awkward. not realistic. the skill in this game is taking this forced style and making the coolest possible recreation you can. if someone can recognize what you were trying to do, then it was successful. that's the point. plus my little fence there takes way less polys then a model equivalent would. so its actually less laggy then a premade one. if you put it next to a prison, people will know it was a security fence. if you put it next to a house, with a garden and a tree in the yard, people will know its a backyard fence. you have to complete the scene. to make people see it as good as you do. |

To actually have a brick which was a chainlink fence wouldn't be blocko at all. Bisjac's fence looks fine (Not to mention it's event-friendly, as you can event it so part of it explodes). |
