Uh... What exactly is wrong there? I dont see anything.... Mount points, Wheel mounts, where/what is the issue? Plus thats a good model.... It looks quite suitible for Blockland if you ask me. Also, are you using shaper? Change the rendering type, maybe thats why it looks "Bad".

I think you can just select all and then forcibly resize in Milkshape.
Also, make sure the texture name is what you actually want to use.
