The only problem with this mod that I see is what happens if no one comes to the server? Otherwise, it's all well and good, but without other players, it's like an abandoned city with no government. Maybe some sort of AI governing system? Or some bots that do jobs and are always there?

I have a feeling that if I release it like that it'll end up like cityrp, everyone will grab it as it comes out and start hosting servers with it, then once it gets unoriginal and people start to see flaws in it people will start to hate it.
