EDIT: Just read the changelog, looks like it's bugfixes and DEDICATED SERVER SUPPORT.

I just updated. Where/what is the dedicated server thing? Does it make you not have to run the dedicated.bat file?

No, It just posts your dedicated server to RTB, without you having to type in the command to post it to RTB.
