Help, i'm 14. recently, i've been losing alot of weight by working out and watching what I eat. Lately, I've come to realize that I've been depriving my body of food. I've basically been starving myself without even realizing it. I'd think I was full, but I'd be cold all the time, tired, and not have good sleep. That's when I realized it's because I wasn't receiving enough food. So today I decided to change my way of eating. I'm going to let myself eat more, but still watch what I eat. I will also continue to exercise, (but not overdo it). I'm also deciding whether or not I should allow myself to eat the hot lunch (instead of the salad) every Monday. Do you think this is a good idea?
