Pretty much Doom 2: Modern Warfare.
I didn't really like it. Personally I think "the most epic Skulltag wad ever" is Heretic (alright it's an iwad but it's still a wad). Heretic DM is insane with invisible flying people, being able to turn each other into chickens, exploding throwing maces, and the crazy weapons you get from a power tome.

the only thing i found good was the enemies that get in last stand trying to kill you
but the best wads for me are armageddon and all out war
