Oh, come on! Give this loving kid a break.

If you want to make an Add-On, you should say what you want to make. Like Music, A map, a script, or something else. In which you should look for a tutorial. I believe you are a very young person, so creating an addon will not be very easy at all. Here are two choices you have.

A. You are too young to be able to do an advanced thing like create an Add-On, you should give up.

Or

B. What the hell do you want to make? A map, a script, decals? Look for a tutorial and follow it and practice.

Good luck.

I don't know about you, But I was able to understand things like C#, C++, Powershell, and many more scripting languages when I was around the age of 8. (mainly because I'm a Nerd and I Enjoy studying computer programming.)

Just because you're young, does not mean you can't learn it. It does not mean its harder to learn either. The real question is... Do you have the patients to make something like an Add-on, And do you have an interest in actually learning how to do it. If you said no to at least one of these, don't bother making an add-on.
