Ive noticed this too. On one of my builds, I have player scale American flags. At different distances and angles away, the flag appears either completely white or completely red. But it doesn't really bother me...

That is how stripes work when you have a limited number of pixels.

may be you dont need to buy another card, try updating the one you have.
