Illidan it's adorable that you feel the need to attack me outside of your designated thread for attacking me, but let's try and keep it all in one place, okay? I've made a very reasonable case for why this is ridiculous, and anyone with any clarity could figure it out for themselves.
This is looking at about ~4 months of development time atleast (I've taken off a couple of months because he can check/use the RTB code for help when he gets stuck) by the end of which you're going to have an add-on that does exactly what RTB used to do 4 months ago. Meanwhile, he could just make a chat add-on and have it done in a single month - and then you guys have an alternative to the agreeably horrific IRC which could even be used in conjunction with RTB.
The choice is obvious to me atleast, but then the loudest voice in this thread has not been one of reason.

Even as stupid as Kalphiter can be, I would still like to see how BC progresses. For all you know, he could actually make it better than RTB if he actually tries to.
You're just using your mod status as a means of shooting down competition.

Even if it does become better than RTB, that's still effort wasted that could've been put to something else.
Something that could work alongside RTB, rather than against it.
