Even if that's the only thing he makes that's different, then it wouldn't be exactly the same, would it? He hasn't specified if the chat he's using is IRC.

Since I've only made prints, faces, and decals, they wouldn't get much out of that.
He's editing the code, even if it's just changing a few variables and stuff, he's not just renaming it.

OK so if someone takes one of your decals and adds freckles then releases it as a new add-on, you'd just be like "oh, whatever!" ?
Not sure why you quoted Player Tracking - the wording there is the exact same as the RTB post.

NOEDIT: But Kalphiter also said he was going to do achievements that work across servers.
