Author Topic: 580 days without a soda  (Read 11110 times)

I can barely go one day with out a life water or bottled water.
Still not that good for you, and bottled water ruins the environment.

i drink propel often.
i will never drink faucet water.

About 7200 days without coffee, tea, or any sort of alcoholic beverage for me.

I'm afraid I still like my soda though. That will have to be a habit I break sooner rather than later.

I cant drink from the  faucet at my house its hard well water and taste horrible.

I went two months with very little unhealthy food while my dad was out of town working but then when he came back I went right back to eating crap again. :/
Eh... maybe once I move out on my own I would be able to maintain such.

How is it possible to become addicted to soda?

Technically you can become addicted to anything if you make it your primary goal in life.

Like drinking soda every chance you get.

It's called indulging.

Not exactly. Certain foods/drinks have things in them that are physically addicting; as in causing actual side effects if you go too long without consuming it. Most things don't work that way though.
