What controls the minifigs (blockland characters) hand movement?

My animation is going to slow for the minifigs arm movement. I'm using the sword script.
Also, it's the arm I want to slow down, not the speed of my animation.

Also, making a new model, I find I want to make an animation, but I'm nearly certain the animation wont work.

mmk, adjust the animation duration (in the exporter window, under sequences-->All (or sequences-->actions) untill it fits. I have no clue how else it can really be done except for that.
