If you want xp do fist of guthix now, get the earth runecrafting gloves (30 minutes work max) and get 400xp per inventory for 1000 essence even without xp weekend. Thats 1k xp per inventory during the first 15 minutes of the weekend for 35.7 inventories. 38.5kxp a lot quicker.

On the comprehensible scale or rarity I'd level that as almost impossible. Wow...empty. Maybe everyone else is collecting stuff.
Also, price of tarromin and harralander have gone up a bit :-) Herbs on the rise. Buy now, sell later.

double xp items + double xp weekend != doubledouble xp. they disable those items' effects on double xp weekend.
also i'm doing earths, been doing earths for a long while now.

If I remember correctly and it makes 6 cannonballs per steel bar, then yes.
