I'm pretty sure you go to like, powerbot.org or something. It's free and the community makes scripts and stuff for it so you can too.

i just noticed that when jagex said they were taking the wildy and free trade away because of gold scammers they were full of stuff, they did it so in a few years they could re-release them and lure people in by saying it's an "epic release". that stuff is genius.

No, your wrong. Jagex wouldn't do that just to accomplish nothing. You see, people would go to websites that had the same layout as runescape.com, except they weren't runescape.com. They were gold selling websites that often scammed, so after the little 11 year old kids ask there parents to buy money for there (game which is against the rules anyway), they get scammed, and make lawsuits against them. Jagex was receiving to many false lawsuits that the only way to keep Runescape alive was to remove those things, which lost them thousands of loyal players.
