The new combat reminds me of World of Warcraft.

Because WoW is the only MMORPG to ever have taskbars and skills, am I right guys??

Yeah, never choose them...

Despite the obvious sarcasm I'll still say no just for the sake of commenting on this.

Anyone who thinks the game is becoming more like WoW with this new combat system is correct; very correct. However, is this a bad thing? No.
Sorry, but if you're going to complain about something at least think it through first. If a game is going to slightly 'copy' another game, then it would be a problem if the game's idea that was being 'copied' was a bad one. The hotbar, combat interface and combat style used in games such as WoW, LoTRO (and a ton of others I don't know/care about because I've only played those two) is several times better than the turn based tick-rigid style Jagex have used for over 10 years.

Screw nostalgia.

Yeah, I like to actually have to do things in the games I'm playing, instead of browsing forums while I wait for the thing I clicked to die

everyone else was doing it

A runetrack profile is a nice thing to have.

Saves all that tedious mucking about with stat targets and so on. It also aids in making your life intolerably miserable when it turns out all but "overall" levels up by 0.004 per day or something in averages section of your profile.

i've bought ~200k needles on G.E for 1gp so far out of 1 million

95 RC without the runespan like a boss
Yesterday: 96 RC now

WHAT THE FFFUUUUUUUUUUUCK

why would you do that

i only get the xp lamp

I don't see any reason why you would need ~200k needles

i'm power training firemaking for NO REASON
and PK'ING FOR NO REASON
player killing
goes to guy, he says deathmatch?
hes level 81, im level 77
i say sure why not
get him down to his last bits of health
both run out of food
HE RUNS LIKE A pusillanimous individual
fights guy with 81 strength
doesnt have to eat once
gets him down to low health
HE RUNS LIKE A pusillanimous individual
seriously is it like "deathmatch only if I win"

Anyone want to play stealing creation?
