Anyone who thinks the game is becoming more like WoW with this new combat system is correct; very correct. However, is this a bad thing? No. Sorry, but if you're going to complain about something at least think it through first. If a game is going to slightly 'copy' another game, then it would be a problem if the game's idea that was being 'copied' was a bad one. The hotbar, combat interface and combat style used in games such as WoW, LoTRO (and a ton of others I don't know/care about because I've only played those two) is several times better than the turn based tick-rigid style Jagex have used for over 10 years. Screw nostalgia. |
