this doesn't work when your bank is almost full. my account is unplayable because i have around 300 members items, there's litterally no way i can bank anything without removing 90% of my bank. the issue is that they "separate" mems and free by making members items bankable, but not free items. basically, your members items follow your members limit and your free items follow the free limit, which is occupied by about 300 weapons, potions, assorted foods, costumes, armors, ect.

..this is why you don't walk around picking up random stuff on members servers and banking it?
i used to walk around and pick up random things on my main. when i was off members i had like 100 / 75 f2p items and like 200 mem items that were utter stuff.

also i don't do combat anymore so i wouldn't know :cookieMonster:

i clean my bank a lot, i usually end up with a lot of stuff that i don't need, IE seeds, farming supplies, handicapped dwarf axe stuff, ect. even when i do clean my bank out, i still have like four different sets of armor + different boots/helms/assorted underwear as well as about 30 weapons and shields. i also tend to have a forgetload of costume items, food, potions, gems, and stuff like that. i always pick things up and intend to sell them, but with the lack of a reliable way to sell things i accumulate things. it's like the rpg kleptomania where you pick stuff up to pawn to the general store, only the general store is handicapped and pays 30 coins for something you could sell for 100k on the GE.

I did a massive cleanout on my bank a long time ago, I used to have several hundred items for both f2p and members, now I only have 50 of each.
It's not that hard to clean your bank and keep it clean, stop hanging onto items you don't need
