I don't even know if it's supposed to happen. Since any freezing effects in the game by quest bosses and suchlike are basically the same thing as the Ancient Magic ice spells, they can and usually will be blocked by protection/deflect magic and/or high level magic armour. |

yeah, if you want fast fishing xp fishing/powerfishing at barbarian village is just about as fast as it gets. i really want to learn to use runespan cause i heard it was ridiculous xp and i want ridiculous xp |
